Universal Pre-K 24-25 Registration

  • Please be advised that online applications for Universal Pre-K are reserved ONLY for those selected in the lottery.

    The following steps must be followed to enroll your child in Universal Pre-K:

    1. Complete the online application/registration:

      • If you have an existing Infinite Campus Parent Portal account (currently have a child/children attending an East Islip Public School in grade K-12), log into your portal account  and click on “Online Registration” in the left menu.
      • If you are new to the district or do not have an existing account, please go to to begin your online application.
      • Please note - When completing the online application, please select: 24-25 as the Year, Universal Pre-K as the Type, and P1 as the Enrollment Grade.
      • Make sure to print your completed application and save your online registration application number.

     

    2. Schedule your in-person appointment:

      • Use the link below to schedule an in-person appointment.
      • The scheduling link will go live on May 2nd 2024 and will be available until May 31st 2024. 
      • Appointments are available from June 5-7, 2024 and June 10-11, 2024. Time slots will start at 8:30 am each day and will end at 3:20pm (or 5:20pm on Thursday and Tuesday).

  • 3. Print/Complete Forms and Gather Required Documents:

      • Forms are listed below and must be filled out prior to your scheduled appointment.
      • You will also need to bring all required relevant documents/identification outlined in the forms below, to your in-person appointment.
      • Please use the UPK Registration Checklist below to ensure no forms are missing.

  • 4. In-Person Appointment:

      • You are required to attend the on-site registration and present ALL required documents and forms.This MUST be the residential parent or legal guardian ONLY. The on-site registration will take place at the Administration Building. It is located at:

      • Registration is by appointment ONLY Wednesday, June 5, 2024 to Tuesday, June 11, 2024.

      • The online appointment schedule will be open from Thursday, May 2, 2024 to Friday, May 31, 2024.

     

    In order to secure your child's placement in the program, your child must be fully registered with the District by June 11, 2024.
